Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days for 80% orders business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may occasionally exceed the estimated timeframe due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at quadnest.official@gmail.com with photos or a video of the damaged product upon receipt. Once verified, we will resend the product to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Quadnest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or Missing Packages
